Nipcare is originally made for new moms but it works like magic on the lips as it has lanolin which is perfect for chapped, dry, cracked lips.
What is Nipcare?
- It’s essentially lanolin, a wax derived from sheep’s wool, refined to pharmaceutical-grade. The core ingredient is a single moisturising, barrier‑forming emollient.
- While intended for nipple care, many users apply it to dry, cracked lips—for overnight hydration or rapid healing.
Its thick, occlusive texture seals in moisture better than typical lip balms like Vaseline, and lanolin mimics skin’s natural lipids—making it exceptionally effective both on nipples and lips.
What about the smell?
This product has a light smell to it once applying but soon dissapears once it's on the lips. Natural lanolin has a sheep‑wool scent, which many find off‑putting.
